Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.All fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. I understand that life happens — true emergencies will always be handled with understanding and flexibility.
